  • Are the truss in Grand Hall 2 included in the hire of the space?

    No

  • Can I use my own caterers?

    Unfortunately not; we invite you to go through our caterers, SQUARE GUSTO.

  • Do I have to take out insurance?

    Whether you are a company, an event agency or just an individual wishing to organise an event, you must have the civil liability insurance.

  • Do you have Internet/Wi-Fi access available for event organisers and visitors?

    Yes, we have an Internet access which can go up 1000Mbps, (for upload and download) covering all the buildings of SQUARE.

  • Do you provide Wi-Fi access for visitors to SQUARE?

    We can provide an access around the Cube and also in the BOZAR room.

  • Does SQUARE rent technical equipment?

    We can provide different technical equipment such as printers, copiers, laptops, copy machines, voting equipment, etc.

  • How many spaces are there in the parking Albertine?

    • Total number of spaces: 714
    • Spaces for people with reduced mobility: 14
    • Maximum height: 2m
  • Is it possible to reserve a parking space for my event?

    We suggest that you reserve tickets directly through this address.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, there is a public car park, ALBERTINE which provides direct access to the SQUARE.

  • What do the event management fees relate to?

    These fees cover administrative management as well as the presence of our coordinator at your event, from assembly to disassembly.

  • What is included in the room rental?

    The following services are included in the room rental: cleaning before and after the event, rental of the room itself, heating and air-conditioning.

  • What is the delivery address?

  • Which digital services do you offer?

    We can provide the following services:

    • Live streaming which can be hosted on your website or else we can create a dedicated website for you,
    • ePoster solutions,
    • Web applications with several possibilities such as agenda, polling, map of event, etc.,
    • Digital signage,
    • Badges and registration solutions.
  • Which service/(s) is/are compulsory?

    The rooms inevitably include security staff and cleaning staff during your event. (foreseen additional costs)

    The use of audiovisual equipment is not included in the cost of hiring the space

  • Why is there a need for so much security?

    These security measures make sure that you and your attendees are safe and reassured. They also guarantee efficient evacuation in an emergency as well as allowing the emergency services to reach the scene if required.
